Hunnies – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hunnies website (“Platform”, “Website”, “Hunnies”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Nature of the Platform
Hunnies is an online advertising and listing platform only.
Hunnies does not provide escorting, sexual, or personal services. Hunnies does not arrange, participate in, supervise, or manage interactions. Hunnies does not handle payments, bookings, or financial transactions. Hunnies is not an agent, broker, employer, or contractor.
All listings are created, managed, and controlled solely by the individuals who publish them (“Service Providers”). Any communication, agreement, or interaction that occurs is strictly between users and takes place outside of the Platform.
Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to access or use the Platform.
By using Hunnies, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in any capacity.
User Accounts and Listings
Individuals may create listings advertising lawful personal services in jurisdictions where such advertising is permitted.
Service Providers are solely responsible for their listings, including all content, images, descriptions, and claims. Service Providers must ensure all information is accurate, lawful, and not misleading, and must manage their own availability, communication, and interactions.
Hunnies does not verify the legality of services offered in each jurisdiction.
Verification and Accuracy
Hunnies may offer optional or mandatory verification processes to promote transparency and trust.
Verification does not guarantee identity, conduct, safety, or legality. Hunnies makes no representations or warranties regarding users or their listings. Users rely on verification information at their own discretion.
Hunnies reserves the right to suspend or remove listings that appear false, misleading, or in breach of these Terms.
Communications and No Payments on the Platform
All communication between users occurs externally, typically via email or other contact details voluntarily shared by the Service Provider.
Hunnies does not process payments, collect commissions, or facilitate bookings. Any financial arrangement occurs entirely outside the Platform and is not the responsibility of Hunnies.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not post illegal, exploitative, violent, or non-consensual content, impersonate another person, use the Platform for trafficking, coercion, or exploitation, harass or abuse other users, attempt to bypass platform safeguards, or upload content involving minors.
Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Content Ownership and Licence
Users retain ownership of their content.
By posting content, you grant Hunnies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and use the content for platform operation, moderation, and promotion. This licence ends when content is removed, except where retention is required for legal or archival purposes.
Platform Discretion and Moderation
Hunnies reserves the right to review, edit, remove, or restrict content and accounts at its sole discretion to maintain platform integrity, safety, and compliance.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunnies makes no guarantees regarding user behaviour, safety, legality, or outcomes. Hunnies is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising from user interactions.
Users engage with others entirely at their own risk. Hunnies expressly disclaims liability for physical harm, emotional harm, financial loss, misrepresentation, or illegal acts committed by users.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hunnies, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your interactions with other users, or any breach of these Terms.
Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Hunnies Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, stored, and handled.
Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Hunnies may suspend or terminate access without notice for breach of these Terms, legal compliance requirements, or operational reasons.
Governing Law
